You get what you pay for! Not much to say about this tablet, I wish I had spent a few extra bucks and get a better one but for now it's just OK

it was very hard to try to set up. It kept asking for more information than i wanted to give out

good works well, does what is meant to do.. good purchase. not liking the amazon ecospace

My Apple iPad is far superior, to this one. Just didn't like the fact that the online geek squad, had no information on it how to set it up.

Not satisfied at all in New Hartford,NY i tried to tell the girl it wasnt working right and she said i needed lessons on how to use it. Really its my sixth or 7th one and i think i know how to use one. By the time i got Florida it wasnt even turning on. I go to Best Buy in lady lake,Florida , they had me a new one and set up within an hour.

Not user friendly at all. Cannot get content added from one profile to the other. Sharing content like apps or videos doesnt work. I hate this thing and wish i spent 50 dollars more for samsung tablet. Search engine is awful! No name silk? What is this and its terrible!

Too much amazon ads and apps. I did load google play but the tabel experience is not good.

So I got this excited to play games on got one game, in a week it tells me not enough memory to play the game.... its useless, like having a smart Tv. That cant download aps cause its full from aps already downloaded by factory.

It worked great until it fell apart about 6 months later. The whole frame fell off of the inside of the laptop randomly. You couldn't shut it and it finally stopped working.

I got this tablet for my son. It kept on freezing. Apps wouldn’t load. I returned right away and just an ipad. The fire HD tablet is maybe worth spending $20 on

i went to best buy multiple times to check out this tablet and what it can do it looked worth the amount of money i finally got my on the 23rd i couldn't even download the apps i wanted there not even on the app store if i want the apps i got do this complicated stuff like thats fake advertising from Amazon im returning the tablet after i post this

Not too happy. This contraption heats up way too fast. Had to disable the Alexa app. Even after voice set up, the tablet would come alive whenever anyone would say anything that remotely sounds like Alexa. This included t.v. commercials. I also don't need the majority of Amazon's apps, but can't uninstall. And I refuse to buy an SD card.

Tablet difficult to hold. Screen goes dims and/goes dark after short periods of time during viewing. After multiple emails with attachments, back and forth, the attachment downloads disappear.

I have had Kindle Fire tablets for many years and love them! My eyesight is waning, and this larger screen is perfect. Even though it is a bigger tablet, it doesn't seem to be heavier. That is a major plus for this gray lady!

This product has been disappointing in its operability and functioning. I am not happy at all. Since I purchased this item, I've experienced nothing but problem after problem. From not maintaining a charge to functions badly.

What a pain in the neck. Won’t download apps for kids profile… even though it’s already downloaded onto tablet. Went back to good old IPad. I really wanted to like this…

First time buying this type of tablet the screen started fading about two months....so now l'm have a so call new tablet with a faded spot to look at.......;(

Beautiful tablet but kept coming up with stuff to buy from Amazon and kept shutting down to often ???? I took it back and paid twice as much for a Samsung but it was worth it not to have all the aggravation .

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it just stopped working 2 months later, shortly after the return date. Not dropped, no water damage. SMH.
