Purchased this instead along with a compatible keyboard to be used in conjunction. Love the mobility as he uses it in the car and everywhere we go but can type with the keyboard as well. And this allowed us a lower cost option than a laptop!

You cannot put most applications on it without jumping through hoops. Even bookfunnel books which show up in my library on my tab s6 don't show in my kindle 10

My Fire

Love the built in options, which I am still learning. The ability to make the text larger helps me so much with my reading speed. Recommend this to anyone old enough to handle electronics.

She hasn't put it down unless she drained the battery down to 1% :) So 99$ well spent, plus she's a redhead [or was] and now it's kinda maroon sooo what better one for her than a red one?
