Less than 30 days

I've had a less than 30 days. It works great for what I bought it for (netflix, games and web browsing) which is why I still gave it 3 stars. This is my first tablet so I don't know if I simply bought a defective item or if this is a common problem with these tablets. I really hope geek squad can fix it; if not it's still under warranty.
