Second kindle 10.1. First lasted just a few months before it just stopped charging. Returned it , good thing i had bought the protection plan. Second one only lasted like a month and just went blank screen then just shut down and stopped working completely. Again, good thing i had paid another 35 dollars for the protection plan. I exchanged it for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. So far so good. Still bought the insurance for it. But dont buy the kindle 10.1. I did my research on the kindle after i bought the Samsung and the kindles seem to have very poor reviews. Lots of unhappy ppl. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THE KINDLE 10.1 But if You do ,get the protection plan because You are going to need it.

Returned the table back to Best Buy. Quality poor.

This was purchased for my mother-in-law. Pretty complicated and doesn’t work as smoothly as an I-Pad. Doesn’t switch between apps easily. Freezes. This is a replacement for the first one she bought 30 days earlier that wouldn’t charge.

We had to learn the difference from the Brand name tablets, and the cover for this one is quite expensive and seems to be a cheap cover that is thin and doesn't seem to be very protective.

Bought this and it started out good. Then it kept dropping the internet even when standing in front of the router. Was told it works best with 5g. Became useless to me when it would never connect. Returned and went with Samsung

Worked ok up until today. About a month and a half of purchasing. Not turning on. Tried a couple of different cords and charging blocks. Returning to Best Buy this week.

Not sure exactly what this thing is. I've had all brands of tablets and by far, this this was the worst. In all honesty it feels like a piece of advertisement for amazon. I like amazon, but I do not like this product.

I've owned multiple kindles and tablets and have never had a screen crack. I purchased a cover/case when I purchased the kindle and the screen was cracked in 1 week. I have no idea how this happened.

Didn't expect what I bought. Thought I could link my games with this pad but couldn't. Would recommend for children only or a person to use for reading.

So I have a 6 inch phone that I've been enjoying reading books on ... So I thought I might like it even better on a larger screen ... But I found the Fire 10 was too big ... Not comfortable for reading ... Too heavy & bulky ... & shopping at the Kindle Bookstore is not as good as the Google Play Bookstore ... So I returned it & will continue now to read books on my phone ... & besides it makes more sense to me now to have 1 device rather than 2 ... I am thankful to Bestbuy for allowing me to return the Fire 10 ... If you get one I hope you enjoy it more than I did.

I gave it away as i am not an Amazon Fan and didn't realize it when I purchased. Nothing against the tablet as I am sure it is great one. I would recommend it if you're a Amazon Fan.
