I expected to get the same apps that were on my phone but a lot of them, I can't get. It is nice to watch movies on though. I also don't have as much control over things like battery power savings. Also, there is no "screen shot" capabilities so I can't just take part of a picture. I have to send it to my pc via PDF and edit it there or send myself an email and download it on my smart phone and edit it there. It is nice to have a larger screen and carry it around with me. Alexa is now turned off. Alexa is no help and mostly annoying.

Love this tablet. Bought this for our grandson. Second one we have bought. Up graded from an 8 inch to a 10 inch. He lives on it. Great tablet, great color, sound, and value.

Another nicely made product from Amazon. Replaced the 7" fire tablet with this 10". Extremely easy to set up and use. Of course to get the most out of it you need to have an Amazon account.

This is a great tablet for a great price. They're probably better overall tablets. But for the money you just can't beat it. Great color, clarity, sound, and plenty of awesome apps and features.

Only dislike is that it doesn't have screen mirroring like previous models.

I bought this for my son in California so I could do video calls with my 1 year old granddaughter using my Amazon show. Works great and its nicer than using a small phone screen.

This is the first kindle I have had that I can read without glasses. It does everything else as well. It did take some getting used to as it was set up a little different from my last one.

I have really enjoyed the Kindle, it's easy to use, I'm not real talented on electronic devices but I was able to download books and games I enjoy, and then was able to learn to do even more.

I'm a senior citizen and everyone I know has a tablet. I thought it would be hard to use but it was easier than I thought I also like to read and has kindle and other apps I can use.

The size makes it easy to read, to view shows on HULU and NETFLIX. I am so pleased, I use it all the time. I have shown it to friends and family and convinced several people to buy one.

I can't do as much as with my asus zentab, but I like the 10" screen. The sd card does not work to expand memory, settings/storage recognizes 32 gb, but the device won't read or write to it. Amazon help was not very helpful.

I bought two of these, one for myself and one for the spouse, so that we could use the app for our local paper. The cost/convenience of the print edition of the paper had gotten out of hand and the digital edition provides the same content. Since getting the Fire 10's I've also used it for weather apps, news, sports, and reading Kindle books. The only drawback is that Amazon's app store is a pale subset of the Google Play Store so you can't get a lot of Android apps that are available on most other Android-based devices. Skype or Google Duo would be nice to have for video calls. Battery life is OK for the uses we have for the tablet.

The boys love them, They are exactly what they need for their ages, 10, 8, and 8. They have no problems or delays when using them. I would recommend this tablet to others. Thank you

I hesitated before buying it, now I know I would have been mad at myself if I didn't. Easy to operate and handle with sleek and smooth as cotton. I love it and almost can't let go.

This is been a very nice tablet very easy to use it’s got such a nice clear picture and I found that it has been very simple to use and has so many options I’ve really enjoyed it

This is my first amazon tablet and it is not only fast but the screen resolution is great. If yor are or not a amazon prime it is really great for reading books and streaming movies.

My old kindle would not charge anymore so we got this and I love how everything just transferred over to my new one, my books, my music, I was afraid that I would loss everything

My 12-year-old Kindle finally “gave out”. I wanted an exact replacement because I loved it. Since it isn’t available anymore, I bought a Kindle Fire. Definitely not disappointed.

I dont like that it has many ads from the moment you touch it. Also when searching for apps it gives you the ones amazon recommends etc. For example, i was looking for educational apps for my daughter for school assignments and it would take me forever to find them or didn't because it only shows what they want to show you. I had no problem finding them on my phone. The size is good. I'm returning it for a Samsung even if they are a little more. My brother in law also bought one and his crashed within a month. I went with a little more expensive than his, but still not satisfied with this purchase.

Fantastic screen. Pretty good sound. It's an Amazon tablet...if you use Amazon stuff it shouldn't be an issue. If you are expecting a plain Android tablet this isn't it.
