Bought new Fire to take on trip to remote areas of South America. Allowed easy access to internet, quick downloading of films at every place which had Wi-Fi. Protective cover not included; don't forget to buy!

I bought this for the kids and they are able to enjoy it for their games. Was able to get Google into it which is a plus because that's where we get their games and it didn't require a credit card input like Amazon does

I purchased this device and was looking forward to taking plenty of pics and have found it to be wonderful. I've taken graduation, wedding a sports events photos along with I'm watching movies on the device.

This is my 3rd Kindle. All 3 have had charger port issues within 2 years of purchase. The Kindle's also have issues with the touch screen as they get older. I found myself having to tap the screen harder and harder to get it to accept and process. I didn't buy the protection plan with the first two Kindles but learned my lesson after #2 failed within 4 months. The charger port on #3 gave out at 18 months. However, the Best Buy Geek Squad plan simply gave me a replacement once they confirmed the issue. So much of my software is set up to work on the Kindle so I don't really want to change brands. As long as the protection plan comes through I'm happy.

I first had a Kindle Fire thAt last over five years. Decided to upgrade and have not been at all disappointed with this purchase. The employees that were there that day were extremely helpful and eager to assist.

This product was purchased after our old Kindle Fire began having issues. We had the older unit for over 4 years and loved it. The new Kindle is even better and we are extremely happy with it, many new upgrades, etc.

This tablet seems durable. It is good for your first tablet. I don’t like the pre installed apps from Amazon. It is a good tablet for the money. The screen isn’t as crisp, clear or as bright as other manufacturers. But you pay more to get a much better scree

The features and functions of this tablet are superb especially at the black Friday and Christmas pricing. It is best if you are a prime member as the OS makes it an Amazon interface rather than a general purpose tablet.

My old keyboard was having problems so I decided it was time to get a new one. They have really made improvements in the touch of the keys. There is nothing about the keyboard that I do not like.

Replacement for older version that "died". Best Buy tech made the transition quick and simple. Operation is a little different than the old model but it doesn't take long to make the transition.

Bought this as a gift for my mother who was just looking for a basic tablet. The Best Buy rep recommended this tablet over a larger brand name that was on sale for the same price. Seems to do the trick!

Kids love them, I did buy the extended warranty , do yourself a favor if getting for kids and get it. Just took them back and got new ones for them . When the screen broke because they are kids.

Hi, I have several Kindle Fires. They are good for kids. We use Prime so we get access to games, apps, books, and movies included with Prime membership. These tablets are also durable and have survived a 3 yr old.

This my second Kindle Fire 10 I have owned and my third overall. I would recommend anyone that reads a lot, this is the Kindle for you. You can do so much on this and I take wherever I go.

I've had it for 2 weeks almost and it's working great my wife's actually is for my wife and she enjoys it a lot she says it's working good and it's a great deal for the price so I'm very satisfied

Bought this as a birthday present for wife replacing her nook, the video play back is perfect and the speakers are on front of device no more straining to hear it..... all in all great product!!!!

I love this thing! Works great! Exactly what I wanted. It doesn't carry the google play store. But that was very easy to download. I just looked it up on youtube. Definitely worth the purchase!
