Disappointed in the complexity

She will not use it as a general tablet.. We tried to eliminate all the extra software, but it keeps coming back and she is so frustrated that she hates it... I am very sorry I helped her buy this... Please develop a larger Kindle!!!!!!

Gmail doesnt work properly, youtube looks off like they couldn’t get the permit to have it on the tablet so you can only use the Amazon version of a video platform. Also not user friendly.

I took my 1 yr. old one to Geek Squad because it stopped charging after one yr. Thankfully I had a service plan so I was able to choose another tablet & buy a new service plan. I will be going back to Geek Squad soon.

Need to take it back to store; does not work

Have to make an appointment with Geek Squad... One cannot walk into a store and get immediate help. I got turned away... not good customer service.

Got for my son who can’t even download anything bc it picks up viruses quick. Keeps popping up pornography ads and my little son doesn’t even know what that is. Absolutely disgusting
