First one was defective

Great tablet for parent(s)

He struggles with newer technology but has been able to figure most of the feature on his own. My mother is more advanced with knowledge and experience with newer technologies and she appreciates the various features and apps available to provide knowledge and desired content. She can set timers and blocks on her tablet when the grandkids visit.
