This was a terrible purchase I’m not happy with and now stuck with. Got for my son who can’t even download anything bc it picks up viruses quick. Keeps popping up pornography ads and my little son doesn’t even know what that is. Absolutely disgusting

This item is junk bought it for my son. Stopped working two days after he got it. Won’t turn on or do anything. He didn’t tell me it wasn’t working cause he thought he would be in trouble so we are passed the return time.

Our tablet quit working after only 8 month of use. It will no longer charge. It will say it's charging but then you can't get it to turn on. Complete junk.

This is my second purchase from Best Buy with this item and all it do is freeze up. You can touch it and nothing happens. Still doesn’t work. I will be heading to Best Buy again tomorrow to choose a different tablet

Purchased for my husband. My daughter and I could not understand some of the functions. We have Samsung tablets. After several months I purchased a new tablet and gave my old Samsung to him.

Worst tablet imaginable. It's totally unusable. I mainly wanted to run Kindle on it. It hangs up constantly, goes blank, and locks.

This will be the 2 Nd time in less than 30 days I have to return this tablet due to it not turning on /not charging. Very disappointed in product.

Junk. Freezes constantly. Returned after one week. Bought for grandchild and it was too difficult her to navigate from different apps. Froze when not in use for a few mins.

I bought this Amazon fire for my daughter for Christmas and was not very happy with the tablet at all it wasn't working right from the beginning right out of the package

I bought this for my dad for Christmas. Twice now the tablet just will not charge, and it's as if the screen is on but there's nothing displaying. Not happy at all!!

I dont like this samsung. I bought it thinking it would be useful, but found myself using my other tablet instead.

Tablet kept on freezing and then eventually it couldn’t power off. Couldn’t do nothing with it, so I had to return it. Had it less than 2 weeks.

Maybe this was a fluke, but the tablet stopped working after two weeks. It would not turn on. I had to take it back. Got a different brand.

It was okay, until 1 week into it when it started lagging and malfunctioning. Switched it for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1". Works perfect.

This tablet required access by amazon in order to move forward. I would not comply and therefore, exchanged it for a Samsung tablet

This tablet broke within a month of purchase even in a protected case. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone with kids at all!

2 months after purchase the battery doesn't hold a charge. it was plugged in all night and only charged to 60 percent.

For black Friday I already bought this tablet but was more expensive than other stores and online options

Don’t like the fact that I can only go on Amazon sited nothing else

The table is not worst the money I spent on it.I have exchange it for a new one and it is not working either.
