The battery would not charge properly

I left it plugged in and off but 70% was as high as it would charge. Best Buy gave me no problems in getting a refund.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After factory reset works fine for a few months then maybe because Amazon keeps piling on the bs software/advert it slows down.v trying to use it right now and have been playing with reboot and to get a response for 20 minutes. It is a waste of my time. Sometimes it is fine but I believe they load their garbage whenever they want and slow things to a crawl. Do not recommend at any price.

Not working in less than 1 month

When we returned form our cruise I gave it to her and now she's saying that it won't turn on anymore. She hasn't even used it for a month, yet! I'll look into getting this replaced or something. This is too much money to invest in a product that won't work.
