No one wanted to wait on us even though they were not busy. I even had a picture of what I wanted. No one suggested I purchase a screen protector. I came home and ordered one off of Amazon. I should not have had to do that. I talked to the manager, and he apologized and was very nice. We usually shop at the store in COONRapids and their service is excellent. We will not be back to the store in St Cloud. Someone needs to teach them customer service.

Gone through a few of these over the last 5 years with my two sons (now 4 & 5). Processor is slow and Kindle software is not user friendly at all, but the tablets serve their intended purpose of giving mom and dad some quiet time when needed. Good deal when on sale, when not - you gotta do what you gotta do.

As far as the tablets software goes, it is an android operating system, which can be confusing if not familiar. There are many help pages and tutorials available via Amazon.com or the Parent dashboard. The newest version of these tablets has 3GB of RAM, which should make for smooth multitasking for kids, ensure your wifi connection is strong in the meantime!

Then it wouldnt charge and said it had moisture in the charge port. Never been near water. Attempted to warranty through amazon as it had a two year “worry free guarantee” which was the biggest joke ive ever seen. Amazon will give you the run around until you give up and will not warranty it out at all.Spend the money for an ipad if you are considering a tablet for your child

The 2-year worry-free guarantee is meant to provide peace of mind for exactly these types of situations—accidental damage or hardware failures—and it's unacceptable that you encountered obstacles when trying to use it. Your son should be able to enjoy his tablet without these issues, and you shouldn't have to fight for warranty coverage that was promised at purchase.
I understand you've already been through a difficult process, but I'd like to encourage you to escalate this matter:
Reference your worry-free guarantee documentation and the specific run-around you experienced
Request a supervisor or manager if you decide to try one more time
That said, I completely understand if you've decided to move on to a different solution. Your feedback about both the product failure and the warranty experience is important and helps identify where we need to improve.

I have an autistic child that was so eager and happy to finally recieve a tablet only for it to shut down and never work again, After looking underneath the case I seen so much wear and tear there’s definitely no way it was brand new like how it was advertised and what's even worse is how the matter was handled. Customer service heard the whole situation and hung up in my face so i had to take time out my very busy schedule to get the kids and I ready, go all the way across town just to be met with attitude, no apology or compassion just accusations of doing the damage and ultimately after so many inconveniences receive a refund as if I just simply changed my mind about the products.I no longer trust your products, I will not recommend anyone else to and I hope in the near future as a company you will not only stop misleading customers in to buying damaged goods but also inform your customer service staff and upper management on how to effectively provide solutions and or returns.
