While the YouTube app is not available in the Amazon App store, you can still access it from the built-in internet explorer, Silk. No one wanted to wait on us even though they were not busy. I even had a picture of what I wanted. No one suggested I purchase a screen protector. I came home and ordered one off of Amazon. I should not have had to do that. I talked to the manager, and he apologized and was very nice. We usually shop at the store in COONRapids and their service is excellent. We will not be back to the store in St Cloud. Someone needs to teach them customer service.
