    Pain to set up and putting it in kids mode caused it to glitch. Support was very helpful and they traded it in for a different tablet altogether

    Tablet has great display and good speaker sound,it should come with a tempered glass screen protector, because Best Buy is always out of stock for 10.1 HD fire and the case should be more durable and thicker for drops and falls
