Thank you for your feedback on the Amazon Fire HD 10 Kids tablet. I am sorry to hear it stopped working after 3 months. If your Amazon Fire tablet stopped working, try a forced restart by holding the power button for up to 40 seconds. If that fails, charge the tablet for at least 30 minutes, as a depleted battery is a common cause. If it still won't turn on, use the correct button combination for your model to enter recovery mode and reboot. If these steps do not help and you are still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331.

Battery life is meh, storage could be better and even downloaded movies need WiFi. The “free” apps are ok but very limited with what’s free, a lot you can pay for if you want.

Just wish it was easier to go through and block the apps you don't want. I didn't want so many options on there and to hide them takes a while. I got two of them one for each kid and I gave up. The kids love them though.
