I took the case off to clean the tablet And case. It didn’t take 2 min for it to miraculously break only after a month of purchasing it. The screen is cracked and the digitizer went completely out. It was a great tablet before that! Now I have a 200 dollar tablet that I bought 3 months ago that my 3 year old can’t use.

It’s not what it’s cracked up to be. My wife and i both thought it was a poor device and was surprisingly not as intuitive and simple to use as you’d think from a device like that. If you’ve got a little extra money, just get a small iPad with safe case for your kids. It will evolve with them too.

Not durable for children. Had for less than a year and there is a mysterious crack that showed up on the screen even though it is in a case and has screen protector. Warranty will not cover due to not being a manufacturer issue.

I will never buy another Amazon tablet. You are limited to the apps that are in the Amazon store. I was so frustrated that I returned it and bought a more expensive tablet.

Bought this so my daughter has a tablet that is age appropriate. However, I find the table to be lacking in parental controls. It limits the age however I believe more improvement with the parental control would be great.

Now that we have had this tablet a little over a year, I just want to warn everyone that is has slowly stopped working. Games freeze or instantly force stop, streaming services do not work. Photos do not save to the cloud properly. Tons of issues with this tablet. At first it was fantastic for long car rides and plane travel, however after about the 10 month mark we got an iPad to replace it. The operating system is trash, as well as the ability to manipulate/control and set boundaries for the kids profiles. 2/10 would not recommend.

Not worth the price. Glitches a lot, is very slow to download anything, the apps you can download on the child’s profile are extremely limited.

This tablet using Amazon was not easy. It was supposed to come with extras that we did not get from Amazon. I returned it for a n android version.

Did not receive package that showed delivered. Was given the run around for about an hr and a half after being accused of receiving shipment. We have video surveillance at our home and did not have any recordings of delivery. Finally spoke to a team leader who realized there was some kind of mistake on their end and agreed to resend a new tablet, asked if it could be delivered to the store instead and was unable to make change. Still waiting for tablet after 3 weeks.

The 2021 version of Amazon's Fire HD 10 has limited app selection

We bought this tablet for my son to access online learning for his Kindergarten classes. It turns out that this tablet was not compatible with the school apps... tried everything with School Tech support, it didn’t work. Really hard to download Chrome/ Google apps and it didn't work fir the purpose we bought it.... I'm returning it

It freezes when on certain apps or won't play at all.

Had to return! Would not turn on. Great customer service and replacement.

Too locked down. Would not allow Peppa Pig to be watched by the child using it. Had to log in an adult account with no restrictions in order to allow our daughter to watch her favorite shows. Overpriced paperweight when it comes to being for kids.

hard exits out and sometimes alexia does not work right .

This Fire HD 10 is so slow. It takes too long to switch apps. It Bogs down. The only good thing is it has FreeTime that has a lot of Applications that my kids like. It disappointing because I really like Amazon products.

Bought this Item and it got frozen within two week of purchase, and stop work tried all troubleshooting but nothing works. Sent it to Amazon, and now waiting for "Repaired Tablets".

Only had it for a month already saying water detected and I watch my daughter very closely so I know there has not been any water by it.

It have stop coming on just within a year. It will not take a charge at all or come on
