Worked ok for 4 months, then the wifi chip died. Even a factory reset wouldn't get it working.

Screen broke within 2 months.. -_-.. still works but screen has some damage.

Buy an ipad because this is not with the money. 100 more gets you an iPad. No brained!!!

It won't let you search the web all you can do is download things...

I brought this for my grandson for Christmas and having problems with it already.

perfect for little kids nice controls can do with time restrictions and watch movies or shows with ease

I bought this tablet for my daughter over 4 years ago and it’s still working well. She uses it everyday and it still functioning well. I would recommend this tablet.

The kids really enjoyed this for Christmas. I would say at first their is so many options at first on the kids profile. They just clicked download on everything. I would suggest they let the parents add things and not so much advertisement for other things as it seems to over stimulate. I love the parental settings and am still figuring it out but it is definately a good tablet. Takes decent pixtures and videos as well.

Had for years, Besides the kids beating them up a bit, they've held up well!, no worries with the warrantee. And helped with my children's reading and writing by getting them familiar at a young age.

I was looking for a tablet that would benefit my 2 year old son. I did my research about the Amazon Tablet (Kids Edition) & sounded great. I didn’t want to wait for Amazon to deliver it so I decided to go through best buy since it had it in stock. I set it up even with the FreeTime Unlimited subscription free for one year but within one month I was charged for it. I was confused because I thought it was free for one year but come to find out this tablet was refurbished and false advertised. This tablet shown is not the 9th Generation, it’s actually the 7th generation. So, the screen ended up cracking and of course I couldn’t replace it for free because the 2 year warranty was up in 2018 and mind you I bought this for my son on December 2019. So I ended up buying him a new tablet but through Amazon itself and I actually have the current 9th generation. I really recommend that you buy it from Amazon. If anything happens to the tablet then it’s amazon’s job to fix it. Buying it through Best buy or any other company, amazon will not help you. I only gave it 3 stars because I actually like it for my son. It’s very educational and entertaining. He can watch videos and even play games.

Do not buy! The battery life is very short! Kids forget to turn electronics off, and the device will not shut off by itself. Ours lasted 12 months 2 weeks. Unfortunately the warranty will not cover a day late! But rest assured Amazon will offer you $5-$15 to trade it in. Don’t waste your money!!
