Tablet randomly goes off. I called customer care and they couldn’t figure out what the problem is. I’m havin to wait for 3 weeks for a replacement tablet. Every device I’ve bought from Best Buy in the last two years has been problematic within days of purchase and I have been so stressed out sending back products to the manufacturers. I’ll rather purchase directly from them going forward

Bought for a gift. Once package was opened it was like described thru out. Built in stand is a plus. A variety of colors. Simple set up for us older folks. Kids loved it.

This tablet is excellent for kids! Love that you can also control it from your phone using the Amazon app. Noticed after awhile if they download a lot and you don’t have the extra memory card the the tablet because extremely slow!

Got my son for christmas so far we are really enjoying it, he’s young so there a lot to figure out & he’s catching on pretty fast how to navigate through apps

Easy set up, a great tablet my three and six-year-old grandsons …they love it, use it fight over it ….,had to buy two already pre-set up for all the games & videos . Everything a kid could want great for traveling in the car or if you just need some peace and quiet.;)

Great product over all! My 9 year old granddaughter loves the case! The first one I got was defective so the day after Christmas I took it back. Best buy was great they replaced the tablet and let me keep her case and the one the new tablet was coming with. Easy to use and easy to set up.
