Box damaged

Every time I receive items from Beat Buy in the mail, the boxes are torn up. I don’t think it has happened during the shipping process either. Customer service is very unhelpful.

It doesn't break when dropped

I am able to have her streaming service when wifi is around, games that are downloaded when there is no service. She is 2 and is learning the features fast.
