I liked the setup process. It allowed me to have a great start on getting and putting apps on there that my kid would and does enjoy. Would highly recommend this to any parent, not only for fun for your kids but also great for learning.

We were in and out in a matter of minutes and the guy was all alone but he still made sure he took great care of my concern.

We bought it for out son primarily to help with school because hes struggling in Kindergarten, but the other capabilities have been great. The replacement warrently is a definate added bonus. Would definately buy again and recommend to any and everyone

Not at all happy with ads being constantly streamed to my child. I bought this for my younger child (6yo), and the ads are not appropriate (social media/movie ads for 13+ etc..). You cannot make a separate login for your child, so they have complete access to everything. It's just not what I was looking for, honestly - better off putting the money toward a more expensive product with "A bigger brand name" that has parental controls. :/ We will use it for a short period of time then maybe sell it in for $20 to a neighbor :/

To remove ads, follow these steps: 1. Go to Manage Your Devices. 2. Select Devices, and then select your Kindle e-reader or Fire tablet. 3. Under Special Offers, click Remove offers. A pop-up window then displays the price to remove ads. 4. Select End Offers and Pay the Fee to proceed. Set up a child profile for Amazon Kids to add age-appropriate material to your Fire HD 10 Kids Pro. You can create up to 4 separate child profiles to use across your compatible devices. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Open the Settings menu. 2. Select Profiles & Family Library. 3. Select Add a child profile. 4. Enter your child's information then select Add Profile.
