Unfortunately, the YouTube app is not available for Fire Tablets at this time. However, you can download a web browser version of the app by searching for YOUTUBE in the Amazon App store while logged in to the Adult Profile. Then, you can approve it for use the same way you do other apps for the Child Profile. Hopefully this information is useful. Thank you again, wishing you a Happy Holidays!

Unless I am not doing it right and someone needs to show me how to do it

Go to Parent Dashboard and select a child profile.
Select Set Up Screen Time.
Toggle to activate Daily Time Limits. This step lets you control how long your child can use their device each day.
Under Schedule, add screen time limits.
Select Next and choose the days the limits should be applied.
Select Apply Changes.

The tablet stopped charging after only two months now and Best Buy only gave me the price of the tablet back on a Best Buy card. Don’t buy this tablet and don’t get scammed for a protection plan either because they don’t fix it at all. I will never shop Best Buy again.

Anytime your device freezes, you can press and hold the power button for 10-30 seconds and it will power down and then you can try powering it back up. Many times, this resolves any issues of freezing. You can check your software updates as well by going to Settings>Device Options>System Updates. This can sometimes be the cause of a device not working correctly. Lastly, you do have a 2 year free guarantee with this device that you can get assistance with as well as further troubleshooting by contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331. Excellent choice for best parental controls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent this is my 4th one I got I can control all setting from my phone set times to shut off an turn on set age limits and best of all they don’t do homework they see me pull out my phone an freak out because they know with a touch of the button I can shut it off instantly from my phone only down side is the memory but adding a memory chip solves that I would get alerts to approve a game and they send like 10 games at a time so getting a bigger memory chip is a must they don’t like the screen that says more space needed but over the years they only cracked one screen so it’s very durable they drop them all the time an I’m getting the newest model today I got the wrong one for Xmas I thought it was the PRO like her old one but my mistake but overall great setup
