large screen is good for older people and bright, speed it slow due to delayed reaction once the screen is touched. Not nearly as fast as computer or Iphone. More like short hang ups very frequently.

This computer was easy to set up, easy to operate.

The kindle allow my girls to research online for homework, download gaming apps and add books to read. This is almost as if they have their own mini computer and then some.

I brought this tablet for my niece for Christmas. There were many tablets on sale on Black Friday. I chose this one because I wanted a Name brand I cound count on. This one works great and does exactly what my niece needs.

This thing is great to lug around. Way better than the 7" or bigger tablets. Kindle fire is great for kids and book enthusiasts.

The price is right for this tablet although the screen can be better. I like the size of this one. It is perfect to bring it anywhere.

Good sound quality for audio books and movies, excellent screen resolution, and fits in your back pocket for easy transportation. I'm glad I chose this tablet!

I have a 7" kindle that I bought for myself about a year ago. My girls love playing there games in it I thougt it would be nice to get one for them. Once I bought the 6" I realized it was a better fit for me.

For what I paid this device does everything I need it to. It is primarily for my kids to play games, read and stream media (especially Prime). Given we Amazon a ton of stuff this was a logical and easy choice over more expensive tablets that were overkill for what we needed.

The size is not that much bigger than an Samsung note or iPhone 6 but what it can do is like having a full lap top in your hand. I have been told that when I carry it in my hand friend tell me it looks like I am caring a piece of toast. I love my kindle fire 6" and have not problem recommending it to friend or relative.

Bought this for my technology challenged 79 year old mother in law so we can Skype. She loves it and she can regularly see her 5 year old great grandson grow up even though she is 800 miles away.

I love this Kindle. Incredible price and performance. Inise it as an e-reader and to watch Netflix and love it!

After using a Kindle app on a IPad for 3 years I decided that I needed a more light weight reader. I got that and so much more with the Kindle Fire. It is great for reading and taking on trips.

Exchange to this from a regular kindle, not much more only downside i heard the charger port not really good on it so bought the warranty.

I have a Kindle Fire HDX7" an love it so for a Christmas gift for my fiancé 20 year Old daughter visited an Used my Kindle we decided To purchase the new 6" for her gift! It was a Hit !!

Good price for 16 gigabytes kindle. A bit smaller than kindle fire original. But does all the same functions.

I have the 8.9 HDX also, but wanted something smaller to take on the go.This tablet fits that need perfectly. The reason for taking off a star is the sound is less than stellar. This kindle has a mono speaker in the back, I find that I end up blocking it when in landscape mode. Other than that it's a great little tablet.

I purchased this as an atta boy for great grades. He is on it reading his books. He feels like an adult. Totally met the need.

My Son is 5 yrs old. This is his first tablet and loves it! He can read books, play games and watch his favorite cartoons. The Kindle is Great! This was a great Christmas gift.

I love my kindle. The only thing I would change is to make it a wee bit bigger screen but still small enough to fit in a purse.
