I already had an Amazon Fire HD and loved it. Purchased this one for my 4 year old who had taken over mine and it's perfect for her. The smaller size is perfect for little hands. Combined with Free Time this is definitely a winner as it is great now and will be great for years to come as she grows.

Once we set up restrictions it is awesome I can hand it to him and he has to read 30 mins b4 he can play!

Works very well for my fathers needs. He had trouble with ads popping up on the device constantly. After calling Amazon about it they said they'd do it for free but they normally do charge to do so. If they would have charged him for that I would have returned it and certainly paid to buy a different tablet.

Bought this to replace a broken tablet. Memory is just right. I totally love this, and so do my kids.

Moving up from a basic Kindle gives me access to internet and games as well as books in one device.

I really like the smaller size but there are some of the features of my old Kindle Fire that I prefer. For instance, it doesn't allow me to delete the books from the devise, only from the carousel. I don't like them showing up on the devise if I have already read them. I don't mind them in the cloud, although, I would like the ability to delete them from the cloud, as well.

Really like my Fire HD. Keyboard functionality is a little awkward but getting used to it.

I really love my new Kindle Fire HD. The other kindle that I had was a larger one and I can handle this one much better. I just love the size and that it has a camera on it.

My father loves it. He has arthritis in his hands and its difficult to hold a basic android phone. I figured a tablet would work and it has.

There are so many possibilities with this kindle I haven't gotten to explore them all yet.
