Got my first for Christmas. Bought my wife and two kids under 8 one each. We love them. They usually find a way to break tablets. These are going strong. Best streaming device I've ever had on a personal basis.

My Amazon Fire HD is the perfect size, price and is very user friendly.I also love the fact that I can store it anywhere when not in use and can even carry it in my pocket. I am very happy with this tablet.

I purchased this device for my 6 year old daughter as a replacement for her Nook HD, which had burned out. She was excited to get this. What I love about the Kindle is that the app market is broader which keep her from using my iPad. Love it's durability. Great purchase

Purchased this item for my oldest child for Christmas. Has been a huge hit with our entire family. Great for browsing the internet and watching videos. Love that I can use Wifi with it. Bought this over adding a tablet to my cellphone plan. Such a better investment.

I purchased this for Mother's Day for my MIL, who is definitely not tech-savy. But all she really does is browse the news, read books, and play a few games, so this is a good, simple tablet for her. It's a bit smaller than I think she'd like. If I had to do it over again, I would likely get the 7".

I love the Fire HD6. Read books, watch movies and TV shows and get apps to play games. Best Buy had the best price too! Combined it with reward points. Saved $$.

My son loves his kindle. It is easy for him, a 4 year old, to use, as well as myself. He loves the camera and I love that I can block the internet and purchasing.

Got this when it was first released. Traded in slow generic Andriod 7" tablet for $50 BB gift card toward an Amazon Fire. This was the best thing as the generic Andriod was almost too slow to be useful. The Fire HD 6 is not only responsive but fits better in my hand. I'm very happy to make this trade up!

I have the Fire tablet from a few years back and I loved it. Seen this tablet at $100.00. Wow the tablet is smooth and quick when using it surfing the web. The screen is clear and crisp has a great picture. We also took advantage of the free trial of prime. I'm going to use this tablet as the tablet to travel with. I would recomind this to anyone looking for a small tablet to use for traveling.

I purchased a few of these for my kids, they love them. I think they are kinda small, but they really wanted this size. I like how simple it is for them to use and navigate through. The display looks nice and crisp. I only used them during their set up and seems to work smooth at that time. I dont think ill keep the amazon prime for the price its at right now, maybe they'll offer cheaper plans later on down the line...one can hope.

I bought this one as a gift for my 9 year-old nephew. I own 3 Kindles and I think they are the best, most user-friendly, most cost-effective tablets on the market. Unfortunately, his mother thougt the screen was too small and traded it for a 7".

I purchased my kindle fire as a new reader. I was amazed by the features that it has. I can now read, watch movies, and surf the net. The price was amazing, plus 1 month free of amazon prime sealed the deal. The fire is user friendly and has so many options.

My husband and I made the choice to go with this over an IPad for our three year for Christmas. I'm glad we did. She can play her games, watch her movies, and read her books. We came out saving so much. The parental lock is a wonderful added bonus.

The kindle fire he 6 is a great tablet. I use it for everything. Nice sharp screen. I've watched some Netflix movies on it and they look great. Great sound quality if using ear buds or head phones. I also read some magazines with no problem.

Very impressed with this device. Chose this over purchasing a tablet through our cellphone provider. Better value! Not paying a monthly fee for a device to get data. My kids use it all the time to surf the web and watch videos. Good investment!

I for this for my 5 year old. This was a great buy. Has plenty of space for plenty of apps. I got a case to go with it, and it has already withstood several drops. I would purchase again.

This was a Birthday gift for a 9 yr old who had already used a cheaper version for the past year. He is thrilled with the new one so far. We got the cover for it and he knows to be careful. Hoping it will hold up for the next year or more.
