Reasonable priced, good features, but very slow

I couldn't find a better alternative that was reasonably priced. But it is SO slow. I am used to iPads and it's just a night and day difference.

The new one had to be replaced, because it kept giving me a warning that there was water by the charging post. But I always keep it in a closed tablet case.

Alexa is keep loading

Everything looks ok but when i try to launch Alexa app, it kept loading and loading icon continuously shows. The application never showed up. Frustrated. Not sure if this is with my device or generic issue in this version.
