    First time buyer for something to borrow e-books. Turned Alexis off, the book I bought for a manuel would tell me to find/open something, asked Alexis to find the item she would say she didn't know what that was so gave up on her. Bought some books outside of Amazon, couldn't download them. My son had to download to his hard drive then transfer to the Kindle, poor Amazon, they need every penny? About once a month it will not turn on and have to plug it in to charge, then it turns on immediately with 80-100% battery left. Doesn't make sense.

    I bought Amazon Fire 8" on April this year from Best Buy. It already stop running. It did not charge from its original charger. the screen does not react at all.

    This product seems like it’s a refurbished tablets . There is a video on it . It was being used before . I no longer trust Best Buy anymore.
