Buy the warranty

Screen was broken attempting to install outer rubber cover protector (additional purchase). Item was replaced due to warranty and (Total Tech Best Buy Program). Unit needs to have additional screen protection as the screen cannot be replaced. You will need to purchase a whole new unit.

If I have not got credit please credit my account. I am going to call and get a copy of my statement. I keep the Fire 7 with Alexa for my grandson, but have not set it up yet. I will do the review after I get the done. Do not know the quality of the product until I set up the Fire 7. My granddaughter has the Fire 10.
