It makes a fine Kindle and then when you wander a bit and do a couple other things, it makes for a fine tablet. But it is slow and will not be good for any substantial use for an adult. Because of the price, and I'm using it basically as a kindle, it is a great value. It does what I expected it to do.

It turned on I just do not know how to do anything with it. I'm sure it is a good quality as everything I purchased at Best buy is.

Insanely hard to find help in this store and no one seems interested in customers. Also when you call the store, you can’t speak to a person. An employee actually verified this. I rarely shop at BB anymore, but thought I’d give it one more try.

I was hesitant about getting this one because the smaller ones in the past did not have good battery life.. Oh but this one came through!! Also I like the new layout as well. But sure to grab a case because i have come close to dropping more than once. Close calls.

It reboots all the time. The app store is not the standard, so to download YouTube, GMail, and other apps, you have to backdoor figure out how to do that, which I haven't yet. I thought this would be as easy, as fast, and as convenient as my iPhone, but it certainly is not
