Great Tablet

I downloaded apps and I am able to watch and listen as if it were a portable tv. Most of the apps offer a live version from the tv channel (requires a subscription). Some of the apps do not require a subscription and the viewing is limited.

Solid tablet

She spends time on her phone looking things up and her battery always drains before the end of the day. Got this so she can surf the web, check out YouTube and read ebooks. She loves it. Great purchase for those who don’t want to spend several hundred dollars on an iPad

Great little tablet

I would recommend for the ereader if that's your thing. It was a bit of a curve for me having been a iPhone user. And it having android operating system. A bit heavy for what it is. That more of a opinion I know.

You are held ransom by Amazon in order to remove ads from their base operating system! You can pay them Something like $20 and they instantly remove their ads on lock screens, etc. but is it really worth it? It's all just annoying in my opinion.

Great little tablet for basic use

Kindle at this price is a very attractive product. The updates in the hardware are noticible when I compare them to my kids kindle. I gave 4 stars as I am mentally comparing this to a full featured device like the surface or the iPad Pro.

Very nice tablet

They are 5 and 6, had them up and running in no time and spent the day playing with them. If you want a nice starter tablet that has many features and also is a part time babysitter,(oops I didn't say that) these are for you.
