You get a lot for the money with this tablet. I recommend you have or get a Prime account to really take advantage of all there is available on this tablet. Oh and yes you CAN put Kodi on it too.

The kindle fire 8HD was a gift for me and I love it some much I had to get one for my eleven year old grandson. He kept using mine, that was one of the best purchase that I bought from best buy.

This tablet is great if you have Amazon Prime. You really cant beat it for the price. I also have the 7" version.

I have had a pretty good time with this Kindle. The price is great, the size is great, and it has performed well. It could be a little lighter, but I understand the weight, due to it doubling as a tablet. So far, I have played some games and read some books and manga, and have had no issues. I love the panel view feature for manga! It really lets you see and appreciate the detail. I do wish that Amazon supported Google Play and affiliates like YouTube, but I have learned to live with it as-is.

My girlfriend has been wanting an e-reader for a while now. She reads rather quickly, so she wants to have the option of taking more than one book with her. Got her this, loaded up her Amazon library, and she hadn't put the thing down. She says the screen is the perfect size for reading, and the option to use a black background with white text has been really easy on her eyes. Even at full price, I'd have called this a win. On sale, I call this total victory.

This Fire tablet is the perfect size and great! Easy to set up and use and I love the Kindle series.

It works well for reading playing games and downloading movies for on the go. Memory can be upgraded by adding a memory card.

Bought this to replace a Fire tablet that was quite a few years old. So much faster and more streamlined.

Great resolution for video. Easily connects to Firestick to throw what you are looking at on your tablet on to the TV. Easy interface. Amazon app store not as good as Google play, but close.

I wanted to have a devise for light use on my nightstand. This device does the trick. Doesn’t have as many apps that I would like (compared to the iPad), but for the price, I recommend it.

Good size with larger screen and more memory. Was supposed to transfer my books to this version but it didn’t happen.
