My Goddaughter love playing games on my tablet and watching her shows. Not we can load her favorite books and shows on her on tablet.

I bought this as a book reader but found that it does so much more that I find myself using it everywhere. the price of this unit is lower because of the startup ads but that is not an issue at all. when you turn it on the "swipe to start" screen is an ad instead of just a blank screen, so what? it's targeted advertising and some are quite interesting.

Cannot believe they are practically giving away this tablet. HD works like a charm. Smooth O.S. Enjoying this tablet to the fullest.

This is an Android tablet that pretends it's not. Video playback is good, apps work well, but the Amazon selection is limited -- Office isn't supported.

Bought it thanksgiving 2017 , still lasts and does the job . My son has been using it who’s gonna be 3 years now, it has been thrown, stepped at, liquids pour at it.. surprisingly still works, I bought a baby proof case for it, both costed me $75. Installed google play and now i can download any app that’s available for android.. thumbs up for this one.

If you are an Amazon customer and just want a simple tablet this fits the bill and works great. Not an iPad but not $300++ either!

Price was right in line with other retailers but I felt a little better knowing it came from Best Buy. Shipping was nice and fast.

I bought it for my godson and he loves it. It was from Santa. I also like how I can monitor items if he tries to download them.

We use to have the 7in kids fire tablets for the children. Now that they’re a little older we got the bigger one and it’s great!

Compared to other tablets, the Amazon Kindle Fire is much more affordable, and just as useful as other tablets. THis is a great item and we love it

Good product. Screen is very clear and legible in most light conditions. Great device to download movies and music from Amazon. Battery life is good, and last on several trips to provide entertainment while traveling. Couldn’t download the American Airlines app to use AA’s in flight entertainment.

Love the Kindle Fire but the release wont stay shut for the sandisk and keeps opening up...afraid I'm going to lose my sandisk

So far, all it seems to work well. It does what I bought it to do. Still need to explore how Alexa works, and how to make it work better for me.
