Good tablet for the price

This version I have issues that I keep requiring help from Amazon. I'm not sure if it's the Alexa voice that is throwing everything off, but I've always bought my other ones from Amazon this is the first one I bought from Best Buy. That makes a difference on backing up all your past information.
