It is adequate to check email and watch an occasional movie. Since it has Fire (Amazon) software, I recommend you download the hack to allow an Android OS (and thus launchers) to run on it. Doing this allows you to use the Google Play store and makes the tablet more usable.

Tablets for grandkids

Had alot of help with the employee that work in that store. When it came to help me pick out one of the best. This is all new to me when it come to this. I am glad that they are great employees there to help me. Thank you and keep up the good work. Those tables are very nice. I am thinking about purchased one for myself.
