Though I prefer my iPad, the Kindle fire is a great tablet for the price. I got it on sale before Christmas for my grandkids to use when they are at my house and it works very well. They love it and it is very easy for them to use. I also like that the battery life is a little better than the iPad Mini.

This was my 4th Amazon Fire purchase. I enjoyed mine so much that I purchased one for my daughter, niece and most recently my grandson who is three. In less than a week he has learned how to access the apps that were loaded for him and he absolutely LOVES it!!

I sometimes wonder why people spend huge amount of $$$ on small toys like these just because a brand is fooling you. I bought this tablet after my Samsung 10' died on me just after a year and half. This one is 4 times cheaper with black friday deal and I am enjoying as much as i did with Samsung. I will protect it better i guess

Bought it for school to read books and use dropbox and the web. Great for the price( got it while on sale ). The only bad thing is I did not know there was going to be adds on the screen saver. But you can pay $15 to have it removed. Never heard of this before but the price is cheap, so kind of expected something like that.

Great product, easy to use and setup and battery life

I have had one for a few years now. It is a perfect backup tablet for minimal online tasks. It does this with a great price point. I like to buy this for friends who love readin as there Are all sorts of great deals online that help you gain access to free books for rabid readers

My iPad pro screen cracked so I needed a immediate replacement until I can afford to get it fixed in comes my Amazon fire I really didn't have big expectation for this boy was I wrong it does amazing things it's like a organization tablet easy to access your info

Same great tablet as the smaller version but just enough larger to be better for those that have a need for a medium sized one. It's not too big though to be cumbersome like those you see people carrying around. Will still fit in a small hand bag or purse and is a great value.

This tablet is perfect for anyone needing a basic tablet. It’s only knock would be that you have to backdoor download google play store. That however does not stop this review from being 5 stars.

My grandson loves his Fire HD. He uses it daily and is learning a lot with all the educational apps available for him. He also likes to watch movies on there when we travel in the vehicle. It’s just the right size for him and the blue case he had fits perfectly.

It's a Christmas present but I already owned the year before one. Pretty good tablet. This tablet has less storage at only 16 gigs but it's a good tablet for price. Stream tv and movie content is nice. Battery is alwsome can't complain for 50.00. You won't find a better tablet at this price range.

The nice bright HD screen and stereo speakers make this tablet great for content consumption, browsing, casual games, etc. The price is hard to beat. The Amazon App store doesn't have everything the Google Play store does but it's enough for most casual uses.

I got mine on sale for 50 bucks. I use it mostly for reading and browsing the internet, so not anything too demanding. The Fire HD 8 is a great size for reading e-books. The screen is large enough to hold a reasonable amount of text, but not so large that it is bulky. For the price, I'd say it was a very good value.

As stated above, I prefer Android and not Amazon's version, but this tablet does do what it's advertised to do. It's a nice size - wish it were more square than rectangular, but it's ok. I was able to load Google Play Store on it and have downloaded several Android apps that I couldn't get in the Amazon store.

The kindle fire is pretty sweet. You can use game apps if you want (I like having the option), and the size is great. The battery lasts a super long time. Only thing that's not super awesome is the screen layout, but it just takes some getting used to. Overall I love it!

If you need a simplistic tablet which is somewhere between your phone and a power PC this is the right choice. Play games, watch movies. Good battery life. Alexa enabled.

This a good product overall if you consider its little price but for me it is not worth it. I always prefer to pay a bit more and get better quality. If you want a faster tablet and don't want to spend too much money then get yourself a Samsung tablet.

Very durable with the case, this is my third though. The first one my daughter decided to bring into the bath and the second got stepped on. Aside from that I will continue to purchase. The warranties are definitely worth getting with them.

I bought this tablet for my grandparents and they loved it, it is simple, easy to use, quick and it has a good camera, even when I was setting it up for them, I was really close to come back and get one for me

I have only used Fire tablets for the last few years. I have purchased them for older friends and family. Best deal, and they are tough. The volume is good too. Alot of bloat icons, but just move the ones you use to up top.
