Extremely frustrating User Interface

This is pure consumer electronics garbage. Sound often doesn't work and/or cuts out, video files are often unplayable after a few minutes. Browsing internet pages are by the worst and slowest experience. All I bought this for was to watch videos that I loaded onto the device and it seriously couldn't even do that. So I tried to use it as a grocery ordering device but what normally takes 15-20 mins takes over an hour because the device often closes your browser, and is just extremely slow at loading up each and every page. Give this to your worst enemy and observe.
