The screen cracked the first day we had it, even with it being in the case we bought. Still works great so we didn’t return it, as it was our fault. Would just be nice if it was a little more durable.

While the price and screen quality are attractive, this device is very limited in the number of apps which are available. My three favorite apps could not be obtained or would not run.

It was very slow. Could not use it for what i got it for. By the time i finally got it to work it was stolen from me i wanted to use google play store instead of pay for Amazon services

I bought this to give as a present to my parents but this is really slow. I believe i was expecting a little high performing tab like samsungs or apple. Returned it the next day.

not wroth the price too slow takes too long to find and video maybe mine is just messed up trying to exchange it

We have continued to use kindles since they are inexpensive however you get what you pay for. They seem to get "buggy" very quickly and the parental controls are nowhere near as good as those on apple products.

This tablet is nothing like my old one. Difficult for me to understand and maneuver. No instruction booklet in either of the two purchased on how to use. Wish I had bought something different

Simple put the pad would not hold a charge. However when it was usable it was quick and easy to use.

I've had this tablet less than 7 months and the usb charging port has loosened so much that it will not charge and is a total waste. The warranty covers only 3 months, so they know it's a piece of crap. Also, there's constant advertising and it restricts you from using Google Play. Don't buy.

Very bad tablet. Quality sucks. Speed is really slow. Totally gear to steer you to Amazon it’s just a bad tablet. Stay away.

Really wanted to like this table but it’s just so laggy and so slow. For the price it’s great for kids but for my needs it just makes sense to get an iPad

Sound is tiny and extremely difficult to keep in hands. Plastic finish feels unsecure in hands. Ways too many ads, screen is ok. Feels way to flimsy, and of poor quality. I wish this would of been nicer.

Bought 2 one didn't charge from the time we took it out of the box and the second one just recently quit charging. Will be returning them this weekend. Just been busy with the holidays

Very disappointed I ordered 2 and only received one. Had to call 4 times to try and get some kind of update on second pad only to be finally told I was not going to receive it with no explanation as to why. So I was very upset, me and my wife are retired I am disabled I had hope we could use our pads to connect with our two girls that reside in Brooklyn NY rite in the middle of covid 19 epa center ☹️

Too slow, Hung up on several apps! Unresponsive screen. This happened on 2, so I just returned them!

Can’t put the Amazon Photo app in a kids profile. Content purchase for download on Amazon had problems. Doesn’t have a great battery.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter in Dec. 2018. While she has loved her Kindle Fire 8 the battery has now gone out on it. It will no longer charge. We have even tried new cords and it will only charge to 1%. It's disappointing that we have had this kindle fire for less than 2 years and the battery has already gone bad. To replace the battery costs almost as much as the price of a new one. I have had an Apple IPad for over 8 years and it still works great. I guess you get what you pay for.

Found out that Amazon has removed the functionality to do screen mirroring on the latest versions. Deal breaker for me. Had to return the product and bought a Samsung TAB E instead

Screen broke (even though it had a screen protector) with just a short 3 foot drop. At least it was cheap, but you get what you pay for.
