well I purchased this in the middle of december and it’s now the middle of February and it won’t power on... this is the 2nd amazing fire tab i’ve had that has done this... the first one however lasted over a year... not happy what so ever!

Not the best processor. The tablet is slow and has glitches at times. Hardly use the tablet. Wasted money

This is not that good of a product. Great for kids. But not for adults . Ok for watching Netflix and play games nothing else. It lags when surfing the web.

Used this device twice. Bought it in December 2019 - First time used, realized the Amazon Prime movies we downloaded on to it was only good for about 3 days (so no movies on our flight out). Second time used was in February and couldn't get it to keep its charge for the flight home. Now trying to get it to boot up again in August and even worse with not receiving any type of charge. Only to find out that it only has a 90 warranty.

Bought this to use as a echo show unit to connect to our ring camera’s but after having issues not being able to connect and display them and spending time with Amazon customer service and finding out it does not support this feature we returned it and went with the echo show 5. That worked perfectly.

Bought this for my daughter and it’s a budget tablet. Battery life is horrible. Will be investing in an IPad when she’s a little bit more responsible.

I ordered this table to play video games and surf the internet. When I started the tablet, it was shattered on the inside of the screen. The computer wouldn't even come on. Had an older Kindle that I loved, but I took this one back. Also found out upon returning that I couldn't get Google Play if I exchanged for another one. So, I exchanged for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A.

I’m not sure if I would recommend this tablet. I find it hard to navigate and the features could use some upgrading.

Overheats, screen goes blank and urns off. It freezes up and you cannot do anything with it. Unable to return been contained and still are contained at home due to the Covid 19. I called and was told I had to bring in which was not possible and would not let me do a return via was told I would have to bring in.

If you tell yourself that this is your beat choice because you are in budget , I’m sorry but you are wrong , you are better of buying a used iPad and you will get way more for your money and your kids will love you back . Amazon fire HD is not worth buying .

This product was not what I expected. If I did not have a Prime account this would have been an even bigger paper weight.

They are ok but 1 drop and the screen cracked. The functionalty is boring and just not something I will buy again.

Tablet sucks and is very slow after sometime. Get something of better quality.

When I purchased this, I didn't know that it wouldn't be able to do anything. I thought it would be like my android phone. I didn't know that amazon has it's own apps and hardly any of them. All the apps that I use on a regular bases wasn't able in for them. Tablet is good for nothing.

if you're used to and iPad, getting used to this will take some time, also the advertising that pops up is VERY annoying

Not impressed traded Up for the iPad. It look like it was more for kids. The iPad is working fine.

Very slow lags have to keep turning it on and off for it to work very bad-buy

After having this less then a year it is already glitching. Thankfully have geek squad

All I want is to stream hulu live Netflix and prime video. At the price, it is fine for that.
