Nags to return. Battery was not charging but replacement works great

I bought this thinking I could play some simple games from Facebook but this VIVO BOOK couldn't handle it so I had to return it. This Vivo Book is mostly for reading and searching the internet. It does come with windows 10 and most things did not require a download.

I wouldn't recommend any of the AMAZON tablets to any one!! they are loaded with ads and you have to pay a subscription to have them removed!!

Also doesn't do Google play. The screen cracked just by putting a little pressure on the screen. It feels very cheaply made because it's so fragile.

I've tried to buy Amazon tablets for my kids cause they are cost effective and easy to use. But geez these things are ridiculously slow, poor screen and app availability.

My son grabbed it to use it a second time and when he set it down on the table, it cracked. It had on a cover and screen protector and still cracked. Terrible quality.

zero below average garbage. Used it once and trashed it. Waste if good money. Zerooooooooooooooooooooooooo . Dislike not easy to use. Terrible.

This was my 4th Kindle, had to return it because it froze, screen black, books did not download. Think this was a lemon. :) Exchanged for a new one, did not get red as the casing felt cheap. Very happy with my new one.

It's doesn't work well . It seems to be refurbished,I've never had this kind of problems with devices I buy from here. I prefer Samsung a lot better . I will not buy this again.

Fire tablets are not really great. Limited App selection and you are tied to the Amazon ecosystem. Product quality was very poor - exterior as well as performance (very slow/ clunky)

This tablet does not meet the requirements for a 2019 tablet. It is pretty slow and screen quality is bad

I love the idea of a Kindle, but the problem is iPad does it much better. Also I hate ads, and these come with ads by default. The kindle is simply an underpowered iPad with less functionality.

I purchased two of these for my kids and just barely two weeks, none of the tablets are working. Doesn’t even boot up anymore.

The scanner to open the main screen would not work properly and they were having the same problem with the display model. I had to return this.

Don't like that you have to pay in order to not have ads you don't want.
