Got this for my niece for Christmas. Her older pink model was given away so now she has her own and it's almost just like her Mom's.

Nice size screen. Great picture. Battery lasts long time without charging. My granddaughter can watch Netflix all day on a charge.

This is the third one we bought, The first one we used it soooo much the screen got cracked (That is one of the cons the screen glass is pretty thin and breaks easily but for the price who cares) We loved it so much we bought one for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas and my Fiancé I got her a replacement. Fantastic device, but in order to use it to its fullest you need a Amazon account (a basic account is free so again who cares). Not as many apps as other devices but you can mod it if you know how.

It’s a little limited when compared to an IPad. It still great for kids. Kids use it for reading at night which works nicely.

My wife likes, its comfortable and is a good size according to her. A little too small and a little slow for me. But happy wife, happy life.

Bought 5 of these as Christmas gifts. I got home, wrapped them and put them under the tree. When kids opened them one had a cracked screen. Bestbuy refused to help because I didn’t get the protection plan. The Fire 8 was 49.00 and Protection plan was 30.00. I didn’t seen the need for it since it was almost as much as the Fire itself. I guess we live and learn. The Fire 8 seems to be a good tablet as the kids enjoy them, but I’m extremely disappointed in Bestbuy.

Bought this for an older relative who immediately regifted it to me. I had already inputted a bunch of personal information and since it was relatively cheap I decided to keep it. I'm glad I did . The tablet is really great for using as a kindle, checking email, and just the right size for watching a movie. Amongst other things. It may be a bit limited with the apps available, but for the price, you can't beat it. Maybe I just didn't sell the potential to that relative.
