If your parents or grand parents watch a lot of YouTube, it will be best to give them one of these to comfortably watch YouTube instead of having to use a small 4”- 5” phone screen. Downside: the speakers are not that loud.

My bf bought this for me. The Alexa assistant will help with everything. And it's kool to hear her voice. Like that its loud and clear. No complaints here. I love it.

I purchased this tablet mainly for convenience so I wouldn't have to use my desktop computer all the time. I don't have a laptop so the tablet is great for searching for stuff or online shopping

This is the 3rd grandchild I've bought a tablet for. Every tablet is the Fire. Why change something that works? Love the variety of things they can do and parental control that keeps them safe!

This Kindle replaces a much better model which is due to the old one just dying! :-( The only issue that I am seeing is that the brightness quivers from time to time but not enough that I'm eager to replace it again.

Got this for a coworker for Christmas, with the matching fire TV. I’m sure she loves it as I’ve not heard from her since our holiday break, lol. Or, it could be just the opposite ... Hhhhhmmm?

I like the tablet. I just hate how it has ads on the lock screen. You can't get be some Android apps which is terrible they need to work on this. Other wise it's a good tablet. It's comparable to an iPad mini for less the price.

The plug portal is better than the 7. The port hole are strong which makes charging faster. I had to return around 4 of these Fire b/c the plug portal broke.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for a family member and they love it especially the features. Comparable to IPad but inexpensive. Makes for a great gift and good quality for the price!

I bought this device for my senior Mom. She got familiar with it fairly quickly. I set it up and she was off and running. Glad for the price of this device. Would definitely get another one for myself.

I sent this to my 69 y.o.mom. I know She's going to love it when she can figure out how to register it. She needs an Amazon code. She has had it for a month. I'll do it once I get to visit.

Great for my three year old, battery fades fast, however, and takes long time to charge. Screen is sensitive even with case over it. But, overall, great for games and Netflix or YouTube which you can get, yes. Entertainment.

I choosed to buy the 8' tablet this time for the price on black Friday I don't regret. Great tablet for kids to play. Make sure you buy a case with built in screen protector.

Got it for my grandchild and she seems to be doing okay with it so I guess that’s all that matter. We got it on sale which made it an attractive choice also

I use this hd8 none stop in my game room from turning on the hue lights to looking up gaming guides. Love the value you get with the fire. Now pair it with the show dock and you have Alexa!

Used the hack to add the Google Play store. Works great, adds a lot of usage. Tablet is decent speed, nothing blistering, but great for novice users. Better with Play store. Awesome price.
