Cheapest non iPad tablet worth buying

Decent build quality, decent sound, decent display. The only downside (and it's the crutch of this tablet) is no Google Play Store. The selection of Amazon apps is pretty mediocre. You have an ok selection of the most popular social media apps and streaming video apps, but not much else. They really try to push all the lame games that make Amazon money... And they are lame.
