Works great until it doesn't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure why this tablet is advertised as having a one year warranty but when you need help its magically reduced to 90 days. Go ahead... google it. Do not expect it to work much longer than 90 days . I bought this for my 4 year old daughter. She has constantly come to me because it is not working since day one but I've always managed to recover it so I never sent it to get fixed or replaced. However now 8 months in after fasting from it for a week. The battery died (while it was off) and as soon as we plugged it in it only flashes dead battery and makes this annoying bing/beeping sound every few seconds. I've tried everything, even asked Amazon for help and magically the one year warranty advertised is only 90 days. They basically told me "sorry your warranty has expired." Don't waste your money y'all. I sure won't waste mine on any more Amazon products ever again.

Battery Died in 3 months. No Amazon Support

Unfortunately they have to refer you to Amazon for warranty issues. My tablet didnt work right from the start but I thought it was operator error so i persevered. By the time I realized it was a battery issue, my tablet had degraded to the point where it would not charge at all. I figured it had a 1 year warranty and took it back to best buy. They told me I had to call Amazon. Amazon wasted a few days of my life before agreeing that it was a bad battery. My very short 3 month warranty had expired so they offered me a 15% discount on a new tablet. YAY! I threw it in a drawer and went back to best buy and bought all new “Hey Google” stuff for my house. I love it. 5 stars to best buy, no stars to amazon and so far 5 stars to google home products

poor wi fi connectivity

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked it until it died 6 months after purchase. Amazon warranties them for a year, but only if you purchase it from amazon. Bust buy has a 15 day warranty. Buyer beware.
