Doesn't work for me

I wrote to Best Buy detailing the problem with the tablets and the fact I did not have insurance or the boxes to return the item. No response. Disappointed because I have made major and multiple purchases with this company. Won't make any more purchases from Best Buy.

Complete junk.

Was fast and good picture but not really functional compared to any other tablet. Got a Samsung tab A at Walmart for better price and love it. It does everything and then some.

Unit failed and Amazon will not support

I contacted Amazon and the only help they could give was to hold the power button for 40 seconds and when that did not work I was told to buy a new one. Quality of a product is measured in warranty and support. This product comes with very little warranty.
