I deduct one star because the Fire OS sucks like a vacuum cleaner. The interface is unattractive and not easily customizable, unlike Windows, Android, or Apple OS. Another star was deducted because the number of compatible software apps is poor compared to Android, and abysmal compared to iPad and Surface [Windows OS] tablets. I deduct another star because the Tablet is slow when booting up and its performance is sluggish when trying to use a keyboard. If I had it to do over again, I'd have purchased afor n HP Stream laptop since it is small like a netbook and uses a Windows OS. About the only useful purpose this has is as an mp3 player or for playing cheesy, low-def video gaming.
