Odd at times with connecting to wifi. Good grip for small children and easy to hold. Still teying to find the option to lock the screen for little one to watch without changing the screen. Not sure if a feature. Good buy though.

Troubleshooting does not work, I would return if i could but do not have the option any longer.

Here are a few troubleshooting ideas to try to resolve performance issues: 1. Check that your device has a strong internet connection. 2. Restart the tablet 3. Ensure the tablet is fully charged 4. Check to see what apps are running on the device and close any that are no longer in use. 5. Ensure the tablet has the latest software updates.
