Kindle charge port doesn't work

In less than a year, the unit is not usable due to not able to charge as the charging port wobbles and won't work. Same thing happened to one bought for another grandchild. I have Kindle older than those and experience no problems even though the same grandchildren also use it

My kids love it

My 5 year old son has dropped his many times on our tile floor and it still functions like the day we bought it. Lots of free learning apps available. Came with 1 year of free kids account for premium apps. We liked it so much, we bought or 9 and 11 year olds their own. They have downloaded tons of books, which they use for homework.

Love the case around it, and how amazon replaces the product if anything happens, no questions asked. However, the software is terrible. I wasn't expecting much to begin with but its hard to consider this as a tablet when everything is limited. I only use it now to play movies from an external SD card, which cannot be played via kids profile
