Do not waste your money

I find it in no way user friendly for my ha me or my 3 year old granddaughter! She can take my iPad go strength to her folder.

Returned for a Samsung tablet

We kept getting a "try again later" error message. Our intent was to load this and ABC Mouse, but couldn't. Returned it, bought a Samsung, ordered a kid "bumper" case, and all is well now. I guess Amazon only wants you to use Amazon apps and sites.

They worked for a few weeks each after opening at Christmas and both quit holding a charge and now won't charge at all. I'll have to invest in Apple I guess, second set of tablets that are just terrible quality.

Crashes several times a day

My almost 4 year old refuses to play with it as he has is crash mid games or mid way through playing movies.I had a previous version and never had issues, will be returning this product soon.
