This is a perfect tablet for kids between age of 4-12 if you have amazon prime you can download games for free also is good for traveling.

Bought it for my daughter to read more books often and I can set it to where she reads more before she can play games or look at videos.

This has proved to be the best kids Christmas present given. Great parental controls, outstanding warranty, and very kid friendly!!

This is our second Kindle Fire for kids (we upgraded to the newest version). The screen is a little bit bigger and has the awesome blue light filter built into the screen so I don’t have to worry as much about my 5 year old’s eyes and macular degeneration. It has all of the features of the original kids kindle; you can set time limits and reading goals to get more game time. It is durable and our 10 and 11 year old also love theirs as you can customize it to each child’s specific age group.

We bought this for Christmas for our girl. I went to the store but they didn’t have yellow one which I like the most. I thought the coloer doesn’t specify girls or boys so we can maybe use for our second one!!!

I love this product, bought it for my almost two year old and she loves it as well. Great product for kids as you can set it up by age and kids can only view shows and play games appropirate for their age.

Purchased this for my 1yr old grandson and he loves being able to watch his favorite shows on it. Also very durable in case it does drop. I think this is a wonderful first tablet for a child.

I purchased the 7" for my son when he was 1.5 years old, that one broke and while waiting for the replacement they came out with a 16gb version which I got him, he loved it. I now just saw the 8" with stereo and more memory. He is almost 3, and plays a lot of learning games, for numbers letters, puzzles and more. Remember this is for kids, and things like Alexa are not important and I don't want my kid having that option anyway.

This tablet has been ideal for my 4 year old daughter. It’s kept her entertained when necessary. The only complaint I have is the volume setting. It is rather loud,even when it’s set on the lowest volume setting. Otherwise it’s a great item for a preschooler!

My 5 year old is able to use this tablet with ease. It is very user friendly and holds a charge well.

Bought this for my 4yr old granddaughter for Xmas...Have it all set up for her with lots of apps 1 yr free of kids unlimited from Amazon....Can't wait to see her face when she opens it!

Best kids tablet we have had so far. The kids love it and Amazon Freetime is an amazing program.

This tablet is fabulous. You have to initiate with an Amazon account but once you set it up for children you can configure it so they can only read books for a certain amount of time, use apps for a certain amount of time and even completely disable the internet. The Amazon content is everything they see on TV already and there are even some books that read aloud for the kids. I love it and hope it lasts for years to come.

I bought this as a gift for my four year old son, couldn’t pass up on the price. My son seems to enjoy it. Has plenty of learning apps that help with directions,colors and numbers.

Easy to use and a great gift for tech savvy kids! The case is great and easy to hold on to.

My son had this tablet for just over a year and dropped it for the 500th time and the screen cracked. I found out/remembered the 2 year warranty with about 1 week left on it, called Amazon, and they replaced the tablet. I discovered that I was not supposed to send the protective cover, but Amazon did replace it free of charge as well.
