Daughter's kindle fire kids edition 8" charger port broke brought into the Findlay, Ohio Store. They ruled it defective with the geek squad warranty on tablet got a brand new one sent to the house to replace the broken one. Great deal just wish the warranty would carry over onto the new tablet when they are defective. Understand needing to purchase a new warranty if daughter would have actually broke it but at least she got a brand new tablet to enjoy when the other one failed.

Great quality for kids very fun very durable great warranty gave 4 stars because it could be easier to download shows and such but once I learned (not very tech savvy) it's easy.
