Posted .Hello YasminF! I am so terribly sorry you are having slow down/glitch-like issues with your Kids tablet. Usually what causes something like this can be having too many things running in the background slowing down the processor or an update that is hung up. You can check to see what is running in the background by tapping the Multitask icon in the lower right of the screen. This will bring up any apps that are still running in the background. You can individually swipe up the ones that are no longer being used or swipe all the way over and tap Close All to free up some processing power. To check on software updates, you can navigate to Settings>Device Options>System Updates>Check Now or Install. If neither of these tips work, you can contact Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further and see what options are available to you. This device does come with a 2 year worry free guarantee being a Kids Tablet so there may be options available to you. I do hope that these tips help improve your son's experience and that you have an amazing day!
Some glitches

Since I’ve had this tablet I noticed its storage is always full for my daughter and the tablet becomes glitchy sometimes and the touch sensitivity isn’t all that great. Other then that it’s a decent tablet for the kids

2. Remove content that is not being used by selecting Archive Now under 1-tap Archive.

I have one for my 3 year old for restaurant emergencies and long car rides and my 10 year has one to play games and watch Netflix. Definitely a great thing to have. If you're on the fence, get it.

I.E. you all offered a screen protector with the tablet, but the protector was for a different product. Please adjust bundles that fit with actual product. Thanks

We've had some issues getting him on YouTube, but I think it's his age & since we bought the Geek Squad option I'm gonna have them take a look. Great battery life, quite fast & tons of space.
