I AM DISSAPOINTED IN ONE FEATURE: THE LARGEST FONT SIZE THAT I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SET IS SMALLER THAN THAT WHICH I CAN READ EASILY. THE FONT SIZE IS SMALLER THAT THAT THAT I CAN GET ON MY OLDER KINDLE 7 TABLET.

You can only use amazon affiliated books and audiobooks as Libby/Overdrive is not supported. When using this product, download speeds for simple webpages on any wifi remind me of the old AOL dial up days. The amazon ads are relentless. You cannot listen to music and play a game or browse at the same time. If you're purchasing this product for games-only for children, that may very well be all this is good for as it is inexpensive.

1. Confirm that your device displays the correct time at the top of the screen.
2. Check that your device has the latest software version: From the Home screen, select All Settings > Device Options > System Updates. If available, click on the option to UPDATE.
3. Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

5. If you have multiple accounts, validate your login credentials on a different device. Navigate to the Amazon website on a web browser and sign into your account.
